I think Tim felt good about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy client. I told Tim if my employees treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on customer support and being good citizens.
